La ducha sale poca y hasta ni sale agua caliente, 1 sola persona para limpiar los luxo es una locura he llegado a las 15:30 y no tenía lista la habitación y limpian hasta las 16, nadie habla español, mi hijo no habla portugués con 6 años así que no pudo ser atendido por el personal que se ocupa de los niños, la comida si sos brasilero te va a encantar, si no lo sos a comer todos los días la misma carne, para los niños poroto arroz y carne semicocida y papas fritas, en los 12 días que estuve solo 2 días hubo puré de papa, mi otro hijo de 6 meses no pudo comer, ya que ni pollo hay, el abuso de los precios de la bebida, cuando me retire me cobraron, ejemplo 1 agua de 300 ml R$4,40, le sumamos la tasa de 10 % más una tasa de ISS que no se que es que equivale a 4,40 y da que un vaso de agua te cobran R$ 9,20 por 300ml de agua, eso es una estafa así que a comprar todo en el supermercado y llenen la heladera, por suerte ise eso mi familia consume mucha agua si solo le compraba al resort quebraba.
